Giving Project – Relief Kits
Children, youth, and adults collected items during December 2017 and January 2018 to support Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) Relief Kits. We celebrated with a Packing Party on Sunday January 28. Twelve Relief Kits were dropped off at MCC as well as a full bucket of soap and other single items. Relief Kits provide valuable supplies to families whose lives have been disrupted by war or disaster. 16,787 Relief Kits were shipped last year to Jordan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Democratic Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iraq, Ukraine, and Serbia.
